By using our fitting service, you have extra reassurance with our Fitting Policy that ensures all contracted fitters rectify or resolve any issues, should they occur. As part of our service, we will deal with and handle the process on your behalf, right through to resolution.

We fully tailor our service to your preferences and price-points, and our fitting service is no exception. Below, we've listed additional service options for you to choose from. Aside from the laying of your flooring, we can also provide uplift & disposal, furniture removal, subfloor prep and carpet whipping. All additional services must be confirmed prior to fitting.

Aftercare

We want to establish an ongoing relationship with you and have a genuine interest in your happiness. If issues arise, we'll do all we can to help. After time, issues may occur such as carpets coming loose from grippers. These issues can easily be rectified by our fitters, free of charge. If we aren't aware we cannot resolve, so please let us know if there's anything to discuss.
