Although online prices can be tempting, be wary of low grade 'factory seconds'. Due to the low cost in price, these floorings can be very popular amongst online sellers. However, these 'factory seconds' are not to a high store quality standard, have defects and are usually without the manufacturer's full warranty. All our products are high quality Grade A floorings with full manufacturer's warranty and the extra reassurance of our customer care service and support, should any issues or faults arise.

We not only want you to be happy with your new flooring but with the quality of the service you receive. Although we try our very best to deliver a great job every time, we're only human and mistakes can happen so please do let us know of any issues or concerns before, during or after fitting. We're only a call or email away and our service doesn't stop the moment your flooring is laid.
