Here are a few of the ways we try our best to ensure you're happy before, during and after fitting.
Carpet Warranty
The majority of our carpets come with 10+ year warranties for extra peace of mind. Wear Warranty will cover the carpet for abrasive fibre loss from the carpet pile, provided the carpet is regularly and correctly maintained and a new underlay is fitted when the carpet is first laid. Each carpet has its own manufacturer warranty, so please ask in store for more information.
Stain Warranty
Bleach-cleanable carpets also come with a 10+ Stain Warranty and this protects you against permanent stains from common household spills. The types of stains and spills that are inclusive may vary slightly from carpet to carpet, but each warranty will provide a list of what's included or excluded.
Flooring Warranty
LVT, laminate and vinyl floorings also come with warranties, with some lasting as long as a lifetime for luxury products. LVT and laminate provide waterproof or water-resistant warranties, as well as scratch-resistance, wear and structural & joint integrity. Vinyl floorings start from 5+ year warranties and cover abrasive fibre pattern loss, water-resistance and stain-resistance.
Manufacturing Warranty
A manufacturing warranty is separate to a stain or wear warranty and typically lasts 1-2 years, dependant on each manufacturer and flooring.
This warranty protects you against defects that were present when the carpet left the factory but may not have been immediately visible.
Our Fitting Policy
Although installation issues are the responsibility of our contracted fitters, we handle these on your behalf as part our service. This means chasing up, mediating resolutions and ensuring issues are rectified promptly. We have worked with the majority of our fitters for many years and trust that any issues will be handled professionally. Please be aware that unfortunately, minor scuffs are at times unavoidable, but if you believe these are excessive and without due care, please let us know immediately for inspection. Our fitters will take photos before starting and after for us to monitor.

Our friendly staff can provide professional, sound advice to help you make the right decisions based on household situations and tastes. We've been in the trade for decades and with this comes a top level of service, expertise and skill, along with a well-stablished reputation with our suppliers and manufacturers, earning us the benefit of excellent discount rates on even the most luxurious of brands.
Aftercare Service
After time, issues may occur such as carpets coming loose from grippers. These issues can be easily rectified and arranged with our fitters, completely free of charge. If we aren't aware, we cannot resolve, so please do get in touch if there's anything at all you need to discuss. We're only a call away and our service doesn't stop the moment your flooring is laid.
Payments
We understand buying new flooring is an investment that isn't always affordable as one upfront cost. If you're struggling, we have additional options to help make payments that little bit easier, such as splitting in to 2 manageable amounts, or in certain circumstances, arranging a direct debit.
